1 General Terms & Conditions

Zya9 (https://zya9.win) is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between zya9 and its users. By using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

These Terms apply to all zya9 users worldwide, including those in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence; however, the local-language version is provided for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

2 Account Register

To open an account on zya9, you must provide accurate and complete information. zya9 reserves the right to terminate any account created with false or incomplete details. Each individual may hold only one account.

• One account per device or IP address Approved.
• Verification of the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If your account is subjected to suspicious activity, you must notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Zya9 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. By registering, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. We may request government-issued ID at any time to verify your age.

• You may be required to verify your age with a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is completed.
• Any account identified as belonging to a user under 18 will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

To deposit on zya9, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.

• Zya9 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• You may deposit using multiple payment methods on the same day.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can withdraw from zya9. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though during verification or peak periods it may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering has not been completed.
• Zya9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if money laundering is suspected.
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit may apply.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zya9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be used.

• Welcome Bonus For new users only, one time per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Typically, you are required to wager 15–30 times the bonus amount (as specified in each individual offer).
• Any bonuses collected through multiple accounts or VPN usage will be forfeited.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time frame, the bonus will expire.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity on zya9 is governed by the following rules. zya9's decision on bet acceptance and cancellation is final.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If an error is found in a score or result, the payout will be determined based on the corrected outcome.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zya9. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate bonuses.
• Money laundering or handling of illegal funds.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Hacking, using bots, or attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Collusion or match-fixing with other users.
• Spreading false information in the name of zya9.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Zya9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 180 days).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. If there is a remaining balance, the option to withdraw it will be provided before the account is permanently closed.

10 Limitations of Liability

Zya9 accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• If a third-party service (such as Mobile Banking or Nagad) fails.
• Password theft or account compromise resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Game or bet cancellation due to unexpected technical errors.
• Personal financial losses resulting from gaming.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policyas stated therein. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

• Zya9 does not sell your personal information to any third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by legal obligation.
• SSL encryption and multi-layer security are used to protect your data.

12 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

Zya9 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
